Prior to Xogene, Woo co-founded Intrasphere, a technology and services provider to the biopharmaceutical industry, which was acquired by Deloitte Consulting. Woo also co-founded PharmaCM, a leading clinical disclosure platform, now acquired by Citeline/Norstella. A former derivatives trader, Woo is also a founder of Reval, a global leader in SaaS platform for treasury and risk management with clients and employees in North America, EMEA, and the Asia Pacific, now owned by Ion Trading.
Sanjay Bagani, M. Pharm., brings over 15 years of regulatory expertise to lead Xogene's global clinical trial transparency initiatives. He oversees comprehensive disclosure services, ensuring clinical research meets evolving international compliance standards while remaining accessible to diverse stakeholders. A recognized industry expert, Sanjay actively shapes regulatory standards through leadership roles in various industry forums, driving innovation that builds trust between researchers and the public.
